SPORTS MASSAGE – 4-days  : £520

Sports massage has a number of benefits including :

The first day of this 4-day course covers massage techniques for Pre-Sport and Post-Sport Massage, equivalent to warming-up and cooling-down muscles all sportspeople need to get the best performance possible.

Days 2, 3 and 4 of this course in Sports Massage concentrate on specific muscle groups and cover the Sports Massage routines to assist with:

• • Iliotibial band syndrome
  • Hamstrings
  • Calf Strain
  • Achilles Tendon
  • Buttocks
  • Upper Back and neck
  • Lower Back
  • Arms

The assessment is also on your 4th day.

Pre-Requisite:  There is a pre-requisite of Swedish Massage course, or similar full-body Massage, prior to taking this course.   A qualification in Anatomy & Physiology is also required.  If you do not have these yet, please see our Sports Massage Package under “Specialist Course Packages”.
