In this sense, Spirit relates to the emotional self of the person.  It does not refer to “spirits” as in ghosts/spirits of the dead, and it does not relate to Spiritual in any religious context.

This course explores various holistic ways which can be used to restore the equilibrium, to adopt a more positive attitude to life, to alleviate stress and worry, and to generally support the client (or yourself) to live a happier and more satisfying lifestyle, being more resilient to all life’s challenges.
