Aromatherapy for Boosting the Immune System

This fun and Interactive Workshop will guide you to the most appropriate essential oils to assist with boosting your immune system

The Immune System is your body’s defence to fight infection and disease.  Having a healthy liver, kidneys and lymph system all contribute to keeping your immune system working efficiently.  However, your body’s defences can be depleted by lack of sleep, stress or poor diet.

Having regular holistic therapy treatments can help the immune system to work better, and essential oils can enhance the effects of an immune-strengthening treatment.

On this workshop we will explore a selection of oils that are particularly good for this, as well as ways of incorporating use of the oils into your daily life.

WORKSHOP FEE : £50, includes info sheet, products to take home – + CPD certificate, if appropriate

Note:  This workshop does not enable you to practice Aromatherapy on clients, unless you are already a qualified Aromatherapist

You can, however, use this information to assist yourself, your family and friends (informally) to improve your general wellbeing
